Missing DFS LSOP Submissions
Hi,
It appears that you might have run into the rule that went into effect on July 1, 2022. If you submit a packet and do not pay for it in 7 days, the DFS site will automatically remove the packet(s) from the site. If your reporting shows a Reference Number for the submission to DFS the package was added to the basket, but was not paid within the 7 days allowed by LSOP.
We've tried to convince DFS that this time frame is short for higher volume firms but we have had no success.
