WebAdmin - Users not getting "Reset Password" Email

If a user it trying to reset a password and is not getting an email, it is likely the user never validated their account.  They will need to be sent a verification link to establish the account.


1) Click on the users tab 

2) Click on All tab under the Users tab 







3). Verify the user information is correct and the email is valid and click on the the "envelope" sign in the Users row.  This is the, "Resend Verification Email"




4) The user will receive a verification email at the email address that must be validated within 30 minutes.



IMPORTANT NOTE:  When an account is created the new user will receive a confirmation email. The user 
MUST use the link in the email to complete their registration within 30 minutes.  If the user does not complete their registration within 24 hours, the welcome email will need to be resent by the administrator.
